In 20 years working in a large hospital's ER I assisted physicians and surgeons of many medical disciplines...from cardiology to neurosurgery to cardiac surgery to orthopedic surgery as well as others.I gained a fair amount of knowledge...experience...in performing my duties but could never,and *would* never try to pass myself off as a physician or surgeon.Even if it was legal so to do.
If this Parcells tried to do anything resembling that he should be prosecuted in state *and* Federal court.Of course with a Rat Governor and US AG that'll never happen.
