Looks like it may only apply to CA? I don’t know.

Suggest you print out the ruling info and anonymously send it to someone up the line, who will be very nervous about it. Perhaps some type of class action? Seems the bank should be providing the smart phones and phone service, if they expect the employees to use them for work tasks.

I work for a company with a presence in all 50 states and many foreign countries. A privileged few get company phones. Most of us are expected to use our personal cell phones for business and never get a penny of reimbursement. I spend $300/month on cell bills. A substantial part of that is caused by the business requirement. I work out of the San Diego office. I can see the bite marks forming on the corporate backside as I write this.
