Well, according to the latest from the police and witnesses,
Big Mike DID have his hands up when he turned around and dared the cop that he’d just beaten up to shoot him,
right before he charged him.
Hands up. Arrest them all.

I’ve yet to read how “racial profiling” played a part in any of this.
OK I read the article and I can only take away one thing from this.
They are complaining that not enough queers are being shot by cops.
Other groups in the past have adopted a raised arm gesture to signify solidarity with their cause.
And we need laws allowing sucker punching of cops and taking their gun if the races are in the correct alignment.
I want something for the polar bears and the fuzzy harp seal pups. Oh, and a federal Zero Tolerance campaign against intolerant people.

In other words, if any white cop shoots a black person, he’s racially profiled that person, regardless of the circumstances, and shot them because they are black. This only applies to white cop shoots black, doesn’t apply the other way around. Likewise, any gay person shot by a white cop has been profiled by a homophobe who shot the gay person only because of their sexual orientation. Bottom line: if you are a white cop and shoot anybody but another white person, you are SO screwed.

Might have been different if MB was a black pregnant female just walking own the street and was shot by a Nazi uniform wearing cop because she was there and black...but MB was 290 lb, 6 foot 4 inch adult man that had just robbed a convenience store and assaulted the clerk, punched an officer in the face and grabbed for his gun...and was shot dead because of that. Had nothing to do with skin color.
Bottom line: if you are a white cop and shoot anybody but a heterosexual white person, you are SO screwed.
