Hmmm..probably the Chinese fighter, and not the lumbering surveillance craft.

The last time a Chinese fighter aircraft got that close to a P-130, the Chinese pilot, who's name was Wong Wei (not kidding...) ended up splashing his aircraft into the water and the P-130 made an emergency landing on Hainan Island.

The Chinese likely got ALOT of our secret spy intel from that incident, but they lost a pilot.

Was Wong Wei related to Wei Tu Lo, Ho Lee Fook, or Sum Ting Wong?

You have the wrong aircraft. It wasn’t a Lockheed C-130 variant, it was a Lockheed Electra variant. It was the EP-3 version of a P-3 Orion.
