Good! If I had a company and could do that, I would. This administration is out of control.

Liberals complain about businesses moving only after they themselves have chased them out of town...

If the environment was feasible for the rule followers to prosper then go after the corrupt....

Instead we make it impossible for the law abdibing to abide by law and act surprised when the only business that survive are the ones who bend and stretch the rules...

US Corporate Taxes: 35%
Canadian Corporate Taxes: 15%.

Makes sense to me.

Why would anyone care where the corporations which produce the things they buy are based?

I wonder how many of those “customers...voicing their discontent” drive Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, Mazdas, Acuras, Lexuses, BMWs, Mercedes, AUDIs, Volvos, Volkswagons...

...you get the idea.

I would hope BK would do what is best for its shareholders and for keeping its prices down.BK has no obligation to remain headquartered where the government keeps poking it with knives.

Good riddance to those greedy capitalists! Who needs them. Without them we all be a lot closer to being equal.

USA corporate tax rate: 40%

Canada’s corporate tax rate: 11.5 to 16%

Those darned free-market capitalists up there!

Never cared for their food anyway. It was/is edible but that’s about it.

If they want to head North of the border...good luck to them.

TimmyHo’s is decent coffee, good donuts and average bagels consistent with Dunkin Donuts. I assumed that TimmyHo’s was aligned with Wendy’s in Canada since there are many TimmyHo’s and Wendy’s that share the same space.

Quick. Someone tell Chuck Schumer so he can hold a press conference to say Burger King isn’t being patriotic and isn’t willing to pay its fair share to help those in need who are less fortunate. Then he can threaten to shut down their US operations.

“The Obama administration is considering executive steps it could take to de-incentivize inversions.”

At no time were tax cuts even mentioned. That would be as unthinkable to them as honestly converting to Christianity.

Works for me! Can we have our Whopper Burgers back? (This was a chain of drive in hamburger restaurants in San Antonio before Burger King came into the San Antonio market. BK bought them out or something. GREAT burgers. I liked them better- gasp- than Whataburger)
