When Ronald Reagan was president, the German environmental party, Die Grünen (the Greens,) was blaming him and the U.S. economy for the acid rain that was allegedly killing trees in Europe. A campaign sponsored by the Greens featured a button with a dying tree and the words, “Stoppt Sauere Reagan,” which meant, “Stop Acid Rain,” but the German word for rain is spelled “Regen,” not “Reagan.” It was a play on words, deliberately misspelled to point the finger in the wrong direction, certainly not based on any scientific data.

Oh, he’s not a good person by any means:
-believes that people should willingly kill themselves to “save the planet”
-wants a WWIII to cull the human population
-advocates eugenics
-supports the Holocaust, 9/11, the 2004 Madrid bombings, etc.
He’s basically like Fred Phelps. Almost everyone in the “environmentalist movement” secretly thinks like Linkola, but they don’t have the gonads to admit they do. Al Gore would find a lot in common with this guy if he were honest (although Gore believes in an exemption for himself, of course).
I see. He sounds like a real died in the wool enviro green Nazi who wanted to eliminate the Slavs in order to take Lebensraum or living space for Germans - who were going to turn Poland, Ukraine and Belarus into a green utopia ...
There is always an “environmental crisis” for the left to harp on. When they have milked it for all they can they move to the next.
Whatever happened to the previous “crises” that were going to destroy us?
-Pesticides
-Acid rain
-Ozone depletion
-Rainforest destruction
Virtually nothing was done to address these “problems” and at least several decades later they are no longer an issue.
