Don't know where your county is, but streamflow is in moderate drought in a chunk of N. Calif and along the coast: http://waterwatch.usgs.gov/index.php?r=ca&id=ww_drought Everywhere else is not a big problem. The big problem is the steady draining of reservoirs for no apparent reason (I suspect some sort of Federal requirement).

El Dorado County goes from South Shore Tahoe to the Sacramento County line

(Around here we refer to Sacramento as Excremento in reference to what comes from the politicians there)

Our snow melt and our streams here are down considerably.

Near by is the site for The Texas Hill Reservoir which our water district has owned the land for over 25 years but can’t build it. We also own the water rights but ....ah can’t build it.

Next county over the Auburn Dam waits to be built.....well probably it’s given up on waiting too.

The only flooding we will see in California is of Illegal Aliens
