The child did not kill that guy. The instructor caused the gun to go out of control. The girl just did what she was told to do by the instructor.
Sad but true.

Lets not be Clintonesque. Of course the girl killed the guy. Her actions (i.e. inability to operate the firearm) caused the firearm to shoot at unintended directions. Am I asking for her arrest? No. But her parents must be held accountable (in a civil suit). Also, the instructor was a freaking moron. No doubt about that.
