A few days after a judge dropped charges against him, a vocal gun rights activist was back out on the streets on Nashville.

On Tuesday, a judge dismissed weapons charges against, Leonard Embody, the so-called "Radnor Lake Rambo.” Embody was back out of the streets on Nashville Friday, wearing a bullet-proof vest and openly carrying his guns as he handed out flyers.

I was downtown for about 2 hours. I wore a bullet proof vest, carried an AR-15 with a silencer in a locked case. I handed out leaflets about the Second Amendment. As I video and audio record anytime while carrying I posted a video to YouTube.

A few years ago, two friends of mine from Wisconsin made a trip to visit us for a week. We took them for a lot of E. Tennessee sightseeing and the one of the most fascinating things they saw were two men, one white and one black, taking a stroll through town while each carrying a rifle (not in a case), and nobody noticed, except for my friends from Wisconsin. They were both bouncing in their seats pointing and yelling “look, look” and I was yelling “what, what”. LOL

Congratulations on your victory. You were subjected to considerable punishment for exercising your rights. Have you talked to a lawyer about suing for any compensation?

While many have criticized you for pushing the boundaries, if no one pushes the boundaries, we do not regain lost ground.

I intend to write an article about your victory. If you would be willing to correspond, send me a freepmail.

I have 23 months before I have to file suit. Since I have video and audio of the arrest and what I was doing before the arrest and I have audio of the cops during court testimony I can wait.

I don’t see myself as pushing boundaries. Pushing the boundaries would probably not include carrying a firearm in a locked case.

I’m not that well spoken, but I do interviews solely because I’ve grown tired of restrictions on my rights.
