Seriously, Israel has a GDP of about $200b USD. For just $10b, once, they could make every Gazan who went to Egypt upper-middle class by Egyptian standards. And there would be nobody left in Gaza but Hamas gunmen who could be exterminated. Though it is unlikely they would stay without their human shields to hide behind.
A one-time payment, and the Gaza Strip would be empty. And there would be peace.
