Rand Paul turned me off when he started to run run right after the 2012 election for the 2016 presidential election. Instead of concentrating on the 2014 Midterm election. Obviously it doesn’t matter to him if the rats keep control of the senate or not
I think that is one reason that he resembles his father so much, Rand is untethered to anything substantive or useful to conservatism, or his party, he seems to be an individual agent wanting to duplicate his father’s self serving exploitation of politics to build a lucrative cult following that enabled him to live a wonderful, narcissistic political lifestyle of perennial candidate for “PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”, let me spend millions every 4 years living the dream and raking it in, and getting the spotlight.
