Well, what do you know?

The Dims are begging the Kenyan Fraud not to go forth with executive order amnesties until after the elections.

How could it be that an amnesty by Obummer would hurt Dims? After all, Rove, Priebus, Rubio, McCain, Graham, Alexander, Corker, Ryan, et al. assure us that if Republicans don't back amnesty, they will be stuck in a loser position forever.

Maybe the Dims need Upchuck Schumer to come out and lecture them on why amnesty would help them in this election just as Schumer likes to preach to Republicans how open borders is in their best interest.

My guess is, it will be November before they get around to it.

You can apply that mentality to any number of policies; homosexual marriage, abortion, the debt, the budget, illegal immigration, .....

I guess their internal polling is showing what other polls have shown.

Why should Obama announce it formally when he’s already granted Amnesty in a defacto fashion?

“I guess their internal polling is showing what other polls have shown.”

Exactly. Polls continually show that the clear majority of both Republicans and Independents oppose amnesty and want the border secure. Even a majority or close to a majority of Dims are against amnesty following the recent open door for “minors”.

Immigration should be a winning issue for Republicans, but the idiots in the Republican “leadership” (I use that term very loosely) won’t touch it. And then they wonder why they’re not up more in campaign polling given that Obummer’s popularity is so low you need a microscope to see it.

I suppose this could be disinformation, and JugEars may go ahead and sprinkle his amnesty fairy dust before the elections. However, that could be the ultimate stake in the heart for Senate candidates in Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, and elsewhere.

And remember that postponing hated laws until after elections has been SOP for this administration when it comes to ObummerCare. So there is precedent for this with these jerks.

Exactly right but the Chamber of Amnesty has been really spreading the cash around to the GOPe.

A clear example of the party working against their constituents in the middle class.

Made to order for after the election. It’s going to be an extremely educational lame duck session for the Republican constituency.

“Made to order for after the election. It’s going to be an extremely educational lame duck session for the Republican constituency.”

Good point. We know that JugEars won’t feel any restraint after the midterms in Nov. on using executive order amnesties.

And if that’s not enough to worry about, what will the lame duck House Republicans inflict on us? Will they open up legislative amnesty by either passing the Senate Rubio/Schumer amnesty bill, or come up with their own “conservative” solution, which will take it to a Senate/House conference in which we get Rubio/Schumer lite?

The right posture for Republicans, to take I think, is to start taunting Obama for doing just that.

Promises, promises, right? Accuse him of selling out the Hispanics who "carried" him to victory in 2008 and 2012. Talk up how he's made all sorts of political payoffs to his other supporting demographics (homosexuals, blacks, women, doctrinaire Liberals, etc) but refuses to deliver for Hispanics.

Then pick up the Jeff Sessions Bill and portray it as the Republicans actively trying to do SOMETHING on immigration.

The Democrats ARE better than the Republicans.

You can’t really deny it.

When it comes to traitors, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama are hands down the very best in our nation’s history.

The only question is, Carter to Obama is a pretty impressive progression, how do you keep that going?

I wouldn’t worry too much about the House Republicans caving on Amnesty after the election. They saw Cantor get his head handed to him in June and it will take YEARS for them to forget it happened, regardless of how hard their “advisers” (most of them gay, by the way) try to make them forget.

The recent (lack of) movement on the issue by the president is also telling them that they have been DECEIVED all along and that the country NEVER wanted Amnesty, or the president would have already issued his Executive Orders. Overall, I think they “get it” now - the BIG QUESTION left is whether they will jettison those “advisers” (most of them gay, by the way) and start listening to the people that actually ELECTED them to office.
