It is not donations; they are paid market value.
Oh, of course but you basically lose the land and in some cases it can go right through the middle of someone’s property. Personally I’m all for the pipeline but then again I’m not affected by it. I do know that it will run right through some of Bill Cosby’s property and that alone is worth it.
