Well,Obama will coach ISIS on how to kill Americans.It won't be direct, but I am sure his Brotherhood people in the White House are making provisions for that training to happen, perhaps tipping them off to certain vulnerabilities and how they can be best exploited such as the weakest points in the power grid and maintenance schedules and the like.

The name ISIL gives them diplomatic recognition of the right to dominion over Israel.
