TMZ Releases Damning Ray Rice Elevator Video
CBS NEW YORK ^ | 9/8/14

Posted on 09/08/2014 5:38:52 AM PDT by SoFloFreeper

Many believed it was a matter of when — not if — someone would leak additional footage of the Ray Rice elevator incident.

They were right.

Early Monday, TMZ published what it said was video from inside the elevator at the shuttered Revel Casino in Atlantic City, where Rice was arrested on Feb. 15 for a domestic dispute involving his now-wife Janay.

The video shows Rice hitting Janay with his left hand, which knocks her into the railing before she hits the floor. Rice then drags his apparently unconscious fiancee out of the elevator.

So....when will Roger Goodell resign? To think Goodell didn't know about this video strains credibility.

That’s much worse than expected. Who knew what happened leading up the original video. This is probably as bad or worse than worst case scenario.

>>...and says the NFL saw the elevator footage before imposing the 2-game suspension.

Referee (turns on mike): "Unnecessary roughness, #27. Two game suspension. First down."

Dallas News: "NFL players will be subject to a six-week suspension for a first domestic violence offense and banishment from the league for a second under a new policy outlined by Commissioner Roger Goodell. In a letter and memo sent to all 32 teams owners Thursday, and obtained by The Associated Press, Goodell says he “didn’t get it right” in giving Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice a two-game suspension for allegedly hitting the woman who is now his wife."

“To think Goodell didn’t know about this video strains credibility.”

He didn’t want to appear “racist” by releasing or admitting that he knew a “black” would ever do such a thing.

I saw this on big screen TV, Fox.

It is so garbage in quality. Constantly back and forth, never mind skipping.

I cannot tell what is really happening except general movement. I was expecting somehing more clear.

Rodger Goodell is more concerned with Michael Sam’s feelings than Janay Palmer’s safety.

This involves a black man, and I'm white.

I've been told that I don't have the pigment required to pass judgment on his actions, so we'll have to wait and see what the black street decides is right or wrong here.

That stupid-assed woman was his fiancee at the time of the incident, but proceeded to marry him anyway. Idiots abound.

Remember, a wife can’t be compelled to testify about her husband . . .

What are the odds that she knew how he was, married him anyway, and will use this as a means to get divorced, and take him for more than she'd have got in court otherwise?

You can’t fix stupid.

The way he treated her, after he knocked her out cold, was also telling. For all he knew, she was dead/dying. Did he bend over, with remorse and tears, and cradle her head and gently lift her up in his arms? No...he proceeded to pull and drag her, out of the elevator, like a roll of used carpet. Disgusting. And....she rewards him with marrying his sorry @zz.

Thanks. On Fox the TMZ was not just “jumpy” but kept taking 1 step back for every 2 forward. Terrible and not at all clear what happened.

Meanwhile, she’ll comfort herself and those around with the typical rationalizations:

1. “But he really isn’t a bad guy.. he just gets frustrated sometimes.”
2. “It was really my fault anyway”
3. “He has a lot of pressure on him.”
4. “He bought me flowers and promised never to do it again.”
5. “You don’t know the ‘real’ Ray. He’s actually really sweet.”

My research of the Left is that race will trump women, the smear word ‘racist” being the more powerful propaganda term.
