Don’t worry.

Barry is going to announce his “plan” on September 10.

I’m sure it will be a big and important plan.

There will be some building of international coalitions and the UN will have a prominent role.

And America will lead from behind.

I don’t know what it is about Barry, but he sure likes behinds.
