I heard this over an hour ago. So much for Obama’s “coalition”.

Gee what a surprise. I thought Obama was beloved all around the world. How dare Turkey deny him. (sarcasm added)

I still believe ISIS is a Turk/Saudi/State project. They may have slipped their moorings and now require “managing”. Which evidently Turkey is unwilling to be part of.
The Saudis have no qualms about it once they’ve outlived their usefulness. And Obama is willing to do it if he can, first, make it plain that he doesn’t consider them to be fellow muslims, and second, he can raise up another ISIS to replace them.

Obama’s speech, all this posturing - Obama never had any intention of attacking ISIS or stopping the Caliphate.
Polls and public opinions have forced Obama to create a charade for public consumption and political polling.
This situation is simply a crisis Obama will not let go to waste, so he will overly and covertly use it to arm those intending to overthrow secular dictator Bashar Assad in Syria.
What replaces him will be the Islamic State - what Obama intended to occur from Egypt to Syria all along.
The Islamic State is not Islamic yer Heinous???
The only sad truth of that comment is that a majority of emoting Americans will buy it.
