What is the possibility that this “strategy” is going to be the cover used to furher detabilize the situation Syria? That would be a major reason other countries would balk. Turkey has been trying to escalate the war in Syria for a couple of years.
If anything, they're balking now because Obama won't use these airstrikes to directly attack Assad.
