I hope that means he’s going away for a long, long time.

15 years is the max for the charge. Perhaps the charge of having ammo can be served consecutively. That’s another 15 years apparently. Or was that for firing a gun? Can’t recall if that’s another sentence or combined with the ammo.

From what I have heard there is a VERY GOOD chance he will get off with minimal time, possibly probation.

Did they ever explain why Oscar thought a burglar broke in and then decided to take a leak in his bathroom?
IMO he is guilty of 2nd degree murder at the least.

He could argue that the criminal didn’t know the layout of the place and was merely in the bathroom happenstance to him getting out of bed.

he’s home free as long as he doesn’t murder another girl friend in a jealous rage- bygones will be bygones

it must be horrible to be her family and know what she suffered and get no justice

I’ve been watching Sky News on my Xbox this week, and they have been broadcasting the verdict live.

The judge is clearly anti-gun and made multiple statements that people in South Africa do not need firearms, which is ludicrous when you look at the crime rates.

But, that is liberal lunacy on display, folks!

Don't need firearms when a 'Winnie Mandela necklace' makes a much bigger statement.
