I was fine until you mentioned melted cheese. I have a lactose issue, and you don't want to be around me if someone slips melted cheese into something I eat.
There is a little Dutch restaurant in town that offers European sausage, which is a lot like kielbasa, coupled with eggs your style, home fries and an English muffin with endless coffee refills. That one will last you the whole day.
