Then he can close IRS, TSA, DHS, EPA, DoE, HHS, and oh....the list goes on forever.
Maybe keep the DoD. Rename it back to its old name: War Department.

Other than the War Department, there is no need to have any federal agencies. Not a one of them has done a single positive thing for America during their miserable existences.
The way it has been used recently you really can’t call it the War Department anymore. More like social services with tanks,jets, and ships.
