Micromanagers project their own sense of incompetence onto others. They're unable to appropriately delegate because they see others as incapable when, in fact, it's their own incapability they see in others.

He doesn't realize he's incompetent. That's what allowed him to run for the office in the first place. It's also his most dangerous defect.

You know why he’s doing this, don’t you?

It’s because he wants to APPEAR to be opposing ISIS but not ACTUALLY opposing ISIS.
