Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake plans to unveil dozens of recommendations Wednesday intended to lure immigrant families to Baltimore and retain them.
The proposals, from increasing the availability of translators at city agencies to making it easier for the undocumented to buy homes, offer insight into the mayor's pledge to attract 10,000 new families over the next decade — an effort that is focused in part on the city's burgeoning immigrant neighborhoods.

Oh, hell yes! If the people who run Baltimore are serious about this, then by all means send them the illegals that have gotten to large cities in Texas since all those “kids” came in, where they just strain the resources.
If Baltimore wants people who can’t work legally, and don’t speak English, they should start advertising in the biggest cities in Texas-I hear Houston has plenty of mojados-start there and make the taxpayers happy...
They don’t come to rural areas because we do not hire people who don’t have ID, and the stores out here don’t take EBT cards, either-about half of us around here are of Hispanic ancestry ourselves, from old Texican families.

The damage to local communities is massive.
Just what his community needs is a large section of his town farmed out to two to five families per single family dwelling.
Honestly, if I were a mayor or governor in any city or state where Hussein dumped thousand of illegals, I would buy them all a train ticket to Baltimore, give them the address of Social Services in Baltimore, and tell them - in Spanish - to go to that address as soon as they get off of the train.
Offer prime locations where they can sell bags of oranges to each other.
I’m thinking that blighted urban high unemployment areas might not be the best place to set up if you are an illegal alien.
Oh, yes, because Baltimore isn’t a big enough sh*thole now.
