He’s just not bright enough to be mayor of a small town. He would fail as governor of any state or premier of a Canadian province.

There is not a shred of evidence that this guy has even an average IQ. He has been an affirmative action/quota hire his whole life and his handlers locked up his academic records. The man is a dull-normal dope.

I agree. The few utterances of his that pass for "articulate" are simply because he is a mimic, as are many people who look like him. There should be a drumbeat of calls for his resignation.

Interestingly, that can be turned around and presented as a defense of Obama. Not that he is competent at all, but that he's not much different than some of his predecessors in that way.

I'd make the case that George H. W. Bush, for all his flaws, was probably the last president we had who really belonged in the White House.

A big part of it is age. It's not that age is a guarantee of wisdom and competence, but people in the years when they should be at the peak of their professional capabilities shouldn't be devoting themselves to a political career.

Let's face it, folks. Any competent person in almost any profession or trained career in the 35-50 age group doesn't get into politics because they are better off doing something else. So what we end up with is a bunch of phony hustlers and half-@ssed jokers in positions of power in government.

You know you are absolutely right, I have actually marveled at how many of those who seem to despise him will defend his intelligence saying that he is smart but he just has the wrong ideas. I am also amazed at those who say he is totally incompetent so he just isn’t smart enough to do the right thing. The way I see it is he is a puppet, put in place to destroy this country while enriching his handlers. Incompetency doesn’t figure in because he was not installed for the purpose of being a good president, he is competent enough to pull off the charade for a long time but we have now reached the point where anyone but a full blown idiot can see that he is a disaster. As far as his actual IQ I am not at all sure that it is even three digits. He certainly is not what any smart person would call bright. He was given his university degrees for some reason other than scholarly achievement, exactly what the story is I certainly do not know but there seems to be a lot of evidence that he did not actually even attend Columbia and he was apparently made president of the law review at Harvard for no legitimate reason whatsoever. I don’t care how bad anyone thinks GW Bush may have been, it is incomprehensible that anyone could actually imagine that Obama is somehow a better president than Bush. Obama is not a better president than an empty office would have been.
