What decision, what important question is that?

That thugs, armed robbers and assaulters are not to be held to account by the law if they happen to be black? How’s that for even-handed race relations?

That’s the message. Negro people will be held to a lesser standard. In any confrontation between people of the Negro and Caucasian backgrounds, the Caucasian will have the burden of proof to show that whatever force used against a Negro person was justified and proportionate to whatever threat existed.

Burden of proof will be on the Caucasian person to show that there was a threat in the first place, as the presumption will be that the Negro person was simply going about his business and was accosted and threatened first by the Caucasian person.
