I would have hit them at 8:30 AM when they were still sleepy but at their stations, and with the sun in their eyes.
However, the “sun in their eyes” from Tomahawk missiles and JDAMS will have them singing “Blinded by the Light”.
Then it would be “lights out, permanently.”

Probably because, as was pointed out tonight by someone on FOX (forget who), Obama had warned them we were going to bomb; and thus all essential personnel were forewarned and had been evacuated.
