Exactly! This is ridiculous. First offense - warning. Second offense - fire them. Also, I was wondering why their IT people can't block viewing of porn sites - but then I remembered that this is the same government that didn't get the Obamacare websites to work.

When I worked for the military several years ago, we'd get a full green screen that screamed

ACCESS DENIED!

If one of my people tried to get to an unauthorized site, the IT guys knew exactly which employee's common access card (CAC) was in the computer at the time. I almost had a guy fired, but he resigned instead.
