You see, “it is their right” to have such foods provided to them for free, but must not realize that local government doesn’t fill the food pantries - these are run by charities. I guess they believe they have the right to demand free food that suits their “lifestyle”.
Anyway, I am assuming from your answers that it is just an assumption that Minneapolis will be a target because of the high Somali population here, and there is nothing concrete in the way of intel/released threats.
Yes, the composition of the local population. Dozens of cities face the same risk. A highly organized foreign directed attack, I doubt Minneapolis would be at the top of the list.
All 3 of the cities named are assumptions, based on jihad activity, probably not specific threats.
