Both GWB and Obama are guilty of creating vacuums with the regime-change disasters. Except in Egypt where the military ruthlessly took control, that vacuum has been filled with angry people in shattered cultures...armed, financed and trained by the US.
Saying "it's Obama's fault" or "it's GWB's fault" achieves nothing except wrapping US citizens up in a fake political game. The fault is with the globalist elitist agenda dominated by US and Saudi Arabia, with the EU and NATO joining in. Ruthless people need a strict government, and not one that serves foreign interests.
I'd say regime change is what's at fault, and terrorism cannot be combated while stable governments are geing toppled.

If the poll were honestly done. his approval ratings would be in the low twenties, perhaps even lower

GWB was such a disappointment that maybe our hapless little Republican primary voters think they will need Jebbie for 2016 to correct things.
