OK, so we have foreign DOCTORS swimming across the Rio Grande and getting false IDs? HA! Too clever by half. He’ll have to scrounge up or even orchestrate illegal immigrant doctors, nurses, etc.

This is a cheap trick, lipstick on a pig. Republicans can make ads about this, and the rats will lose elections trying to defend it.

I don't think this is aimed at mexicans , columbians etc. This is aimed at Middle Easterners. Spanish isn't a rare skill, but Farsi , Arabic and Urdu are. Remember Major Hassan? He wasn't technically an illegal, but he was a Dr who spoke Arabic, and how'd that work out? What 0bama is doing is encouraging many Major Hasans to sign up.

This will be a gift that keeps on giving long after Lord Barrington and Mooch have ridden off into the sunset.
