I wish it were just a white guilt thing but I suspect not. If 9/11 had not happened, there is no way Bush could have gotten the DHS no less the TSA. It was an opportunity no statist could pass up to create a national police force. The elitists (who are statists) need these criminals here or there is no justification for the surveillance and police state they want. They will watch everyone on the pretense they must be watched to detect potential crimes. These Muslim fanatics serve a useful purpose. Remember Boston. Just a preview of things to come.
