I think Jindal is the better choice of the two as presidential material. They both seem to agree ideologically, but Bobby has the experience of being a governor.

Could not disagree more.

Cruz simply has different experience than Jindal and Cruz is a much more formidable, consistent, and strong conservative than Jindal.

Add in he is smarter and communicate much better and I don't see how Jindal is a better choice than Cruz for POTUS.

I agree. Previous executive experience is absolutely essential.

I’m with you. Jindal is actually a very engaging speaker and presents his ideas in a very positive, confident way that seems pretty presidential to me. (Not hectoring and domineering, like Obama.)

I like Cruz, but he’s sometimes too much on the attack and can occasionally misjudge the occasion to bring out the rhetorical big guns. But I think that’s what a VP candidate is supposed to do, so he’d be good for that. Believe it or not, Biden’s off-the-wall approach actually helped Obama, so I think Cruz as VP would help anyone he ran with.

And then, of course, as VP Cruz would also be President of the Senate, which would be truly glorious!
