There’s no mystery here. It’s Islam and the sick, backwards bloodthirsty, culture built around it. Where the belief is that it is your religious duty to kill everyone who doesn’t practice Islam.

Yep. And it naturally follows that any women with a lick of sense (or sufficient exposure to values outside the Middle East except Israel) would want to get as far away from traditional Islam as possible.

Even in our most traditional and violent of Native American societies, women and children were still cherished, guarded and protected. The most brutal and savage of those societies such as the Comanche (one of the very few which would sometimes kill captive women and children) was still more advanced than traditional Islamic societies.

You need to go even further back to the wantonly cruel, bloodthirsty and violent Aztec to find anything close to equal to traditional Islamic societies.
