out in N Texas the lakes are dry. they are recyclin water from laundries, car washes and flushin’s......most will not drink it so.....water well drillin is hugh and bottled water is a premium as charged...yet the cities raised water rates 51 percent..... it’s tough there and compromised the buildin of the Ponderosa

nooooo...access to the water is restricted prolly gonna have to truck water to a holdin area til the build is complete
the Ponderosa is gonna be a very nice spread with a mac daddy house, guest house,oh my goodness picnic area,and a par 3,4,and 5 and security.
the needed water is in litigation
keepin in mind the red river is still a govt grab

Even wells have drawbacks. In 1990, when I built the Farm complex, I had 2 wells drilled at 210ft; 10yrs later I had to get 6 add’ls drilled, and the first 2 redrilled, all at 425ft. Talk about expensive, for machinery, labor, casing, pumps and underground PVC piping. Cheaper than city water, tho.
