No doubt Carlos Slim has middle eastern roots. But, he was born in Mexico and that makes him Mexican. He also received his entire education there. He's spend his entire life there. He is a MEXICAN.

One of the genetic factors they inherited from the Oriental Asians was an allergic problem with alcohol.
