The CDC doctor (IIRC) said the incubation was between 2 days and 21 days (3 weeks).
In other words, they don’t really know. They are playing it by ear.
So that means that anyone on those 3 flights are a potential victim. Also, it is foolish to think that this is the only individual making the same sabotage run to America.
