A federal appeals court Thursday allowed Texas to immediately begin enforcing tough new abortion restrictions that will effectively close all but seven abortion facilities in America's second most-populous state.
A panel of the U.S. 5th Circuit Court in New Orleans stayed a lower judge's ruling while it considers the overall constitutionality of key portions of Texas' sweeping 2013 abortion law, which Republican Gov. Rick Perry and other conservatives say is designed to protect women's health.

Wow, how about that. Good deal. I give Perry and others credit here.
Isn’t it interesting how both sides in the abortion debate are saying they are protecting women’s health??
the moloch and baal..worshippers are of course protecting a womans health at the cost of a child’s life.
Allows?
Allows!?
Seriously, when did the states become wholly and utterly subservient to the federal monster?

DOH!
What makes this an anti-abortion law - requiring that abortion clinics be cleaner than the open bay at Jiffy-Lube?

“What makes this an anti-abortion law “
The MSM will call it ANTI-ABORTION...so will the progressives and other varieties of libtards, simply because this is going to hurt them monetarily in a very big way. But the fact of the matter is; this is the most clever leverage the pro-life movement can use. And it’s not to be deceptive or clever, but literally, if we have to accept these abortion mills as “clinics” then they need to live up to the standards of a hospital for the sake of the woman’s health. Hopefully, there will be inspectors visiting on a regular basis. This should be put into place in every state.
