I approve of Obama’s message.
There is probably nothing that evil communist could have said that would be better for this country than “let in more illegals without any screening” as we investigate one known and multiple suspected Ebola cases. This one comment, just before the election, may help to limit the damage Obama does in his final two years in power.

And you may be right about that but you would be wrong about it helping.
The Senate with the help of many GOP members passed the Gang of 8 Bill. Remember that.
Handing the reins of the Senate to the GOP will likely stop nothing. They are complicit in the pending immigration fiasco.
The only real and serious way out of this is for at least one Governor of a State to file for a Federal Court Injunction against existing and prospective Executive Orders that appear to be beyond the powers of the Executive Branch to issue.
The White House can go bananas over such an injunction and they can either or both choose to fight it in court and/or to ignore it. In which case the order can stipulate that State courts can adopt the order and have State LEOs enforce it by arresting any federal officer or official that violates the order.
