30 Million Could Lose Healthcare Due to Obamacare (Obama and Dems get their wish)

As many as 30 million Americans could lose their employer-sponsored healthcare at the end of the year because those plans will not meet the requirements of Obamacare, health policy expert Betsy McCaughey said on Saturday.

"Most people still get their health insurance through an employer," McCaughey, who also is a Newsmax columnist, told former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee on his Fox News program. "Thirty million people could lose their on-the-job coverage this year and be forced onto one of those exchanges.

"The plans that the employers bought in the small-group market are suddenly no longer eligible — and employers are going to be stuck with going to the very expensive Obamacare one-size-fits-all requirement or saying to their employees, 'I am sorry, you will have to get it somewhere else.'

"We're going to see a lot of that in the coming months," McCaughey said.

Under Obamacare, many companies with fewer than 50 employees have insurance plans that are set to expire this year. Those plans were purchased before the healthcare law took effect — and employer mandates for such businesses were delayed by President Barack Obama until Jan. 1, 2015.

the very first people who need to be thrown into exchanges are the politicians who voted this evil into law.

Only those on welfare and illegals will be covered. Mission accomplished.

There is an incentive for business to drop group health coverage and pay the penalty, er, the fee, no the tax. More folks in the exchanges the more control the gubmint can exert.

The man and his fellow democrats are a menace. They are destroying us. We only get one life to live and it’s too short to suffer at the hands of bass turds like them. I for one am thinking of leaving this country for good.

So, 90+ million unemployed and without health insurance as of now. We’ll be adding another 30+ million to that number.

120 million + UNINSURED, when all they were ‘trying’ to do was insure a mere 11 million or so?

How’s that workin’ out for ya, Sparky?

(Yes, I know. The end-game is Single Payer Government Run Healthcare. I’m not stupid.)

0bamacare is making my work life a living hell these days. And it’s FAR from over. If you’re looking for a job, I don’t have one for you. As for me, merely KEEPING my job is now, ‘The New Normal.’ (And I’m a d@mn fine employee!)

Punish the working class to support the slacker class or as Obama calls it paying your fair share.

I would have to do some research. I couldn’t leave for a few more years anyways. Right now from what I know, Panama or Malaysia sound good.

Spot on...This fiasco has always been about complete government control and has nothing to do with healthcare.
“Healthcare” is just the vehicle to get there.

Every Republican candidate s/b yelling at the top of their lungs about the delayed employer mandate that will affect more Americans than any other aspect of Obamacare.

I will certainly be relocating internationally (quite possibly to Panama) if the Democrats exercise substantial control going forward. For me it’s a question of simple self-preservation - as an small biz entrepreneur an America controlled by Democrats just seems to be hostile.

Stay and fight.

Were I able to fight I certainly would, and I have fought for many, many years. My reward is that I find myself surrounded by diseased beggars and corrupt-o-crats - many of them in my own family.

It may be that the most constructive thing I could do is to move business elsewhere, and in doing so help the destroyers to see the error of their ways.

Lol Forbes top places to retire list didn’t mention that little tidbit. Definitely will need to research. Have no clue right now. Guess it’s just wishful thinking.
