We need to know more about judges before they get elected. These judges that overturn the vote of the people are the biggest problem.
We knew about Soda-my-ear, and Kagan and the disgusting GOPe just voted them in saying “the prez has the right to nominate whomever he wants”. patewwy!!
Dems nearly revolt nationwide with a conservative like Bork. Dems always stick together. GOP always rolls over and/or reaches across the isle. sick, just sick.
So what do we do? NOT vote for a pubbie when we know the dem to replace him/her is so very much worse? Stay home is not an option.
