The question of whether Obama in 2014 still deserves or doesn't deserve an award he was given in 2009 is ridiculous. Even if the whole world were now sitting around singing Kumbiyah together because of Obama, it would not mean a thing. The award he was given in 2009 was supposed to be based upon his accomplishments up to that time. He clearly had none. Might as well ask if Mickey Mantle deserved the MVP award in 1951 because he would lead the league in batting, home runs and RBI in 1956. Of course, he didn't win the award until 1956, when he actually deserved it.

Twenty-six percent (26%) think he still deserves the prize. Another 18% are not sure.
If the shooting ever starts hopefully these people will be hiding under their beds.

Obama won the prize in 2009 for not being George W. Bush.
Five years later, he still isn't GWB, so he deserves it now as much as he ever di. But he should have had to share the prize with the other 7 billion inhabitants of the planet who are also not GWB.
