That seems a likely result. But if the election supervisors chose to ignore the most recent ruling on the grounds that it ran counter to a plain-language precedent by a higher court, that would work fine for me, also.

It’s easiest to go with training (which everybody has to sign thesedays) and say I’m doing what I signed I was to do per my training. Those pieces of papers are legal docs, stand up in court.

They shouldn’t mention any recent legal decisions, just the legality they’re bound to when trained for this election.

This is a God-Given opportunity to observe which precincts will gleefully abandon Voter ID, and every Texas FReeper should try to vote without ID on Monday, and share their experience. I’m hoping True the Vote and King Street Patriots can spread out and observe.
