Let’s see how well Agenda 21 works when you have completely disrupted all elements of modern civilization. Kill 7 billion people with a horrible, communicable disease and you will effectively have no food production, no power production, no medical care or drug production, no clean water, etc. See how long 500 million people can live in a world like that...I’m betting on less than 3 months for most of them. Try 20 million, tops, and even they will be hard-pressed to survive at anything much better than a cave man.
