My guess is that the 'LURE' for these girls is MONEY.
Sort of a "jihadist dowry."
Mom and Dad see beaucoup $$$$$.

The "girls," without doubt, get their heads filled with visions of glory. Stupid girls. Poor girls with no parents who would FORBID it on behalf of their helpless daughters.
NO father, in his right mind, would even DREAM of sending his baby girl to an ISIS/ISIL a-hole.

Funny, how an 18-year-old female is a "girl" when she is unwilling but a "woman" when she is willing. Same age, same brain, different spin.

Females in ALL cultures USED to be married off when they reached puberty. Ah, those were the days. (NOT.)

I'm not so sure about that. I think they're looking for male companionship and they can't get it in the west. Also, they're filled with propoganda about how noble the Muslims are and how bad the Jews (of Israel) are and they are going where their misplaced idealism tells them to go (so to speak).
