Police arrested 39-year-old Shane Leon Rhea on suspicion of first-degree murder, kidnapping .. Rhea has a long criminal history ; he was released from an Oklahoma prison in June.

Rhea shot Monden when he was confronted by police, they said. Rhea was hit by gunfire from a rifle fired by another Oklahoma City police officer. I'll ask the stupid question: Do we know with 100% certainty that the bad guy Rhea was the one who killed innocent mother of two Monden? Because I see the possibility of another scenario.
The article also mentioned that Monden will be cremated, which I found to be a somewhat odd detail.
