Yes, I have had my doubts about Turkey wanting to take on ISIS at all. And unless Obama comes up with a huge bribe to Turkey or ISIS is dumb enough to cross the Turkish border, I don't think that the Turkish Army will intervene in Kobani.

The whole thing is what our British cousins call a "dog's breakfast."

I don’t quite see why Turkey would need to be bribed to protect it’s own borders.

And even if for some crazy reason it does, why is it Obama’s (and our) job to do the bribing?

I guess I’m just not seeing what any of this has to do with us. Why are we involved at all? People over there don’t seem to be concerned until ISIS is right up on them breathing down their neck. And in the case of Turkey, not even then.
