The obsession and reaction by some here of this girl's nose ring is exactly the reason so many people are repulsed by "Christians" and their attitudes. They are the very one's turning people away for Christ.
The Book of Romans says that the believer's body is a temple to God, as God dwells within the believer.
Do you know about the Temple in the Old Testament ? Would you take a brush and a bucket of paint and walk in and start heading for the Holy of Holies to "improve it" ?
The Bible gives us a view of God's supreme interest in his creation, life. As Creator, he is sovereign over the giving and taking of life. We, the creature, have been given bodies by God; the true believer's body is a temple to God, whose Holy Spirit dwells within. Accordingly, personally, I would not make a mark on my body - out of joyful obedience to Christ, my Lord and Savior. I was converted after committing many years of many sins.

So you are yet another who insist that God sinned in Genesis Chapter 24?
The nose ring sent to Rebekah (verse 22) was really wicked?
As it happens, and as several of us have pointed out, this particular piece of jewelry does appear in scripture. In a positive way.
Contrary to you personal prejudices and contrary to the traditions of men you may have been taught modest amounts of jewelry are fine.
