Rush was reading a summary prepared for him, best I could tell. I watched the testimony, and Dr. Frieden was asked about the porous southern border by the next congresswoman, then clarified that he was speaking about the borders of the countries in western Africa, not the US border.
Tried to contact Rush but was greeted with a busy signal. Sent an email instead.
Maybe they’ll #FireFrieden, tomorrow, and issue the travel ban, right after.

Word-salad is an actual clinical term in some mental disorders.
I was considering that Major Tom has had a serious mental disorder, word salad, strange affect, cognitive confusion, etc.
Friend’s son had same behaviour long ago, can’t recall final diagnosis though.
He’s not long for this job, needs serious medical intervention.

Barry wants to make sure Ebola is rolling along in every state before the travel ban.
Considering the narrative was that travel bans spread Ebola, this is an interesting shift.
I agree with you. Plus,,President Ebola wants to send as many troops possible to ebola regions THEN strand them there using a travel ban as an excuse.
President Ebola HATES the military....as well as most Americans. He is trying to kill as many as he can as fast as he can.
Once Ebola is epidemic here, they will ban travel from the USA to protect other countries.
I just didn’t get the impression that the questioning was severe enough (or provided enough soundbites for the evening news) to end up causing anyone there to resign. It was nothing like the SS chief who got both barrels from the Dims and Republicans. The limiting five minute questioning period, and propensity for congresscritters to want to hear their own voices, meant that intense exchanges were limited.
His word salad tendencies are very political in my opinion. He knows what he’s doing. These are not the answers of a madman, but of an operative.
After watching that video I have to say that I won’t object to our military being used to build more treatment centers. The ambulance driver in the video takes a women to one of only three treatment centers in Monrovia and is turned away. He says it’s supposed to have 50 patients but already has 85. So, he has to take the woman back home to die.
Let’s hope! Stop the flight already.....This is insanity!
