You forgot Obama wants to send in the National Guard too...
If infection rates overwhelm the military - and the national guard's down, submarine leadership purged, I'm going to assume the worst case is a take over of the United States.
Of course that's unlikely unless there's an armed shadow army... and surely someone would notice federal agencies buying large quantities of weapons and bullets. Or building death camps... Does anyone know how many "Homeland" and "FEMA" folks are going to Africa to 'help'? Or if Benghazi was a dry run to see how many 'officers' would let American SEALS die rather than disobey orders? Then lie to cover?
On the other hand the most likely 'thing that's going on' is that democrats running things are incompetent, uncaring and in way over their heads. In which case we'll figure it out, make things better and get over this quickly.
Those are the two extremes. I'm still betting on well-meaning but incompetent.
