You might be humanity’s root stock. Hope some beautiful fertile females survive with you.

That is why I said ventilate the laundry well. The combination and resulting chlorine gas is a very very effective sterulant. Like I said, vent the laundry very well.

Chlorine gas can sterilize and people use it (dangerously) to kill rodents and bugs. But I’m not sure the gas has been tested on viruses. IMO it is not worth the risk.

A Tyvex suit is not appropriate for Ebola. Asbestos, dust, oil and caustic chemicals, OK, in many instances. Cost= $250 a case. One biohaz suit cost= $1350, at least, and the cost of SCBA is higher yet (I’ve been out of the business for a while so prices probably went up). But if it makes them FEEL better, OK. Problem is, they’ll probably spread it faster because they think they are able to take greater chances.

A little more than half vinegar. If it comes to it, i will run it on the soak cycle, and wash my clothes in the tub. That way the vinegar will be reused between days.

Also, re the poison gas. There will not be a lot produced since it will be traces of bleach on the suit, but make sure to vent the laundry well. There will be chlorine gas produced, and chlorine gas is a WMD. Was used on the battlefield in WWI, and can kill you.

Watch this as to how to take off the suit and yo explain why the trash bags.

If ebola goes airborne, true.... If it goes airborne it is an extinction event.

Right now it is not. It is still fluid droplet based like flu or the cold. For that Tyvek (Notice the spelling) is fine.

SCBA breather is not required, and N95 is reasonably good. N100 masks would be better, but too costly. So if the N95 mask is good enough so is Tyvek. It is substantially less porous than a N95 mask.

The suits are only for the when the SHTF situation.

See my previous post and the protocol being used in med centers in Africa. That protocol is allowing them to interact with the most virulent patients and not get it. The only thing is don’t break protocol. Notice they are using N95/P95 masks. SCBA is not required.

“Hey Obama, be a MAN - Implement a travel BAN!!”

He is being a man. He is telling you to shut the hell up while he implements the liberal agenda of “killing 10% of the population”, as outlined by his best friend, the domestic terrorist, Bill Ayers.
